In this role you will
- Provide information and assistance at the reception desk (entry cards, contacting employees, etc.) and act as the main contact person for resolving office-related issues.
- Provide administrative support (the classification and processing of documents, purchasing office supplies and other materials, document scanning and photocopying, etc.).
- Care for the cleanliness, tidiness, and orderliness of the business premises.
- Manage the new employee process in cooperation with other teams (e.g. HR, IT, marketing).
- Gather products and prepare packages for employee appreciation programs and business partner gifts.
- Support office managers with tasks related to employee travel and education.
- Help with deliveries and shipping, including tracking the process via our digital system.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent understanding of other people's behavior and needs.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for the mobile games and entertainment industries is a plus.
